Synopsis
Frankie (Melody Marks) always felt like she didn’t truly belong within her family. One day, while attempting to settle a disagreement with her irritating sibling, Cole (Blake Bullet), she approached their parent,
Pia (Cory Chase), to obtain her birth certificate. As usual, Pia denied her request, which only served to heighten Frankie’s suspicions.
After briefly leaving the house in frustration, Frankie secretly returned and enlisted Cole’s help to search Pia’s room for the document. When she finally located some significant papers, both their understandings of their lives were completely upended.
Upon confronting Pia about her findings, Frankie and Cole discovered that they are not biological siblings, they do not share the same biological parents, and Pia is not their biological parent either.
In fact, Frankie and Cole had been deceived their entire lives about their lineage — they share no genetic relationship at all.
Once the astonishing truth fully sank in, Frankie and Cole decided to jointly confront Pia to extract the complete story and to seek some form of recompense.
