Synopsis

Recovering outstanding debts demands professional conduct, diplomacy, and a strict commitment to company regulations. This is the firm belief of Charlie, the self-titled leading representative at the Come and Collect agency.

To demonstrate his skills, he decides to film an instructional video for new employees, accompanied by his cynical cameraman, Bob, who is there to record the process.

However, their first home visit leads them to Tanya, an unemployed debtor who has no intention of repaying her large loan with cash. Rather than participating in a standard negotiation, she takes control of the interaction, forcing a confused

Charlie to handle an entirely different type of payment arrangement. As Bob documents every uncomfortable moment, the educational film completely departs from its original plan.

It remains to be seen whether Charlie will manage to recover any money, or if he has simply stumbled upon a highly unsuccessful new business approach.
